During that time, he has provided full litigation and tribunal support, and has an excellent track record with disclosures (onshore and offshore), securing excellent results for clients.

Hayley is a Director in Crowe’s Tax Resolutions team. She helps taxpayers deal with HMRC when issues arise which need resolving. Hayley regularly assists with fraud investigations; disputes with HMRC concerning penalties, assessments and information notices; HMRC challenges under self-assessment; and voluntary disclosures. With HMRC’s ongoing interest in gathering intelligence relating to offshore matters, a lot of cases relate to overseas assets, trusts and other structures. Hayley is CTA qualified and has worked in tax since 2005 as well as being a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Zoe Gascoyne is Deputy Director of Offshore Corporate and Wealthy in Fraud Investigation at HMRC. She was previously a Deputy Director in the Serious Economic Organised Crime and International Directorate at the Crown Prosecution Service. Prior to joining the Civil Service Zoe was a Private Practice Lawyer and is a former Chair of the Criminal Law Solicitors’ Association.
